I cant believe the weekend is done already, I wasn’t able to do anything really. My weekend didn’t start until 7pm on Sunday night and just like that its over already as I get ready for bed and the start of the week tomorrow.
Friday: 7am wake up and then get home at 11pm
School: 3 hours, training (on court, weights, fitness): 4 hours, coaching: 4 hours
Saturday: 7am up and then get home at 11pm
Coaching: 8 hours, training (on court, fitness): 5 hours
Sunday: 8am up and then get home at 7pm
Coaching: 4 hours, training (on court, weights): 3 hours
And its back to the grind tomorrow with days that are just as long as that, no rest for the weary. To be the best have to work hard but also work smart and rest is key (I will get a rest day soon), only 4 more years.
